I’ve been in Nepal for 3 months. And I get some friends who believes in Hindu here. One Saturday (Saturday is Nepali public holday, Sunday is working day), my friends took me to the premises of pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu near 17:30pm in Aug this year.
Into the mysterious kingdom of the mountains, we will experience: noise and silence, darkness and light, death and rebirth… Let us forget our thoughts and watch life.
The parthena temple is a famous crematorium (one of the most important Hindu temples and a world heritage site). There are six stone platforms, two upstream are dedicated to royalty or nobility, and four downstream are cremation platforms for common people.
