Easy to make the Chinese Dish Lantern eggplant (灯笼茄子)

     Eggplant contains protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamin, calcium and other nutrients. Meanwhile it contains high vitamin P which can enhance the adhesion between human cells ,increase the elasticity of capillaries and prevent microvascular bleeding.  Lanterns are used as mascots for the New Year. Chinese New year is coming , so let’s try to make this nutritive Lantern eggplant.

A: 200g  pork minced ,
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce,
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce,
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon of starch
1 eggplant

B: 1 egg yolk,
100g flour,
125g cold water 
2g baking powder

C: 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of hot water and a little water starch,
