Easy to make the Chinese cake—Steamed Fatt Koh(红糖发糕)

    3g instant yeast ,
    140ml warm water
  • (B)60g brown sugar or gula melaka
    170ml hot water
    2 eggs
    2g baking powder
    30g sugar
