Easy to cook this Chinese dish—Scrambled eggs with tomatoes

     After watching the documentary A bite of China(in Chinese :舌尖上的中国),I get interested in cooking Chinese food ! My first cooking dish is Scrambled eggs with tomatoes (In Chinese: 西红柿炒鸡蛋) and  I’ve tried many times for a better taste. My Chinese friends and American friends give a thumb to my dish!! I’d love to share with you how to make this Scrambled eggs with tomatoes.Here we go:

4 Eggs,  
tomatoes -250g,
Scallions – 40 g.


Ketchup – 3 tablespoons,
Sugar – 1 tablespoon,
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
